(1) The Government of Nepal may transfer any water resource related project to the consumer organization after the completion of construction under sub-section (1) or (2) of Section 10.
(2) The project transferred as per sub-section (1) shall be owned by the concerned consumer organization and subject to this provision, the concerned consumer organization will operate the project as soon as it receives the permit.
